International Yoga & Music Day Celebration

Yoga & Music Day Fun at Jana Gana Mana Vidyamandir!

Our school, Jana Gana Mana Vidyamandir & Junior College, celebrated both International Yoga Day and World Music Day on June 20th and 21st, 2025.

Students enjoyed yoga and music from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM each day.

Sarthak Ghag and Sujatha Vishwakarma (7th grade) were our hosts.

Ms. Ranjna Nikam led a great yoga display.

Our Secretary Dr. Prerana Kolhe Madam and Principal Dr. Tejavathi Kotian Madam joined us, along with other teachers.

The celebration also included music performances by our students, with one even playing the piano!

On June 20th, our youngest students (pre-primary to 2nd grade) practiced simple yoga. On June 21st, students from 3rd to 10th grade had their turn.

It was a super fun two days, full of health and harmony!
